Refund and Cancellation Policy

Here is the refund and cancellation policy for courses offered by Fif Production:

Refund Policy:

• Course fees are non-refundable once the course has commenced.

• Refunds will only be considered if Fif Production cancels the course.

• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 30 days.

Cancellation Policy:

• Fif Production reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to insufficient enrolment, instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Registered students will be notified of any cancellations or changes as soon as possible.

Requesting a Refund:

• To request a refund, students must submit a written request to info.fifproduction@gmail.com

• The request must include the student's name, course details, and reason for the refund.

Exceptions:

• In exceptional cases, such as medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances, refunds may be considered at the discretion of Fif Production.

• A processing fee may apply to approve refunds.

No-show Policy:

• Failure to attend a course without prior notification will not result in a refund.
